As a Paramedic, you respond to emergency and 
non-emergency situations alone or with support. You assess patients' 
conditions, decide on the appropriate clinical pathway, and provide 
life-saving treatment when necessary. You are trained to use advanced 
techniques, equipment, and drugs to resuscitate and stabilise patients. 
You work shifts and may encounter challenging situations, including 
interactions with patients' relatives and the public, and collaborating 
with doctors, nurses, police, and fire departments. Staff development is
